Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

How they should have needed the gun in any form or fashion it should have been it's stability. Harder to hit crits that way.. Not change the mechanics of the Perk..
