Simple question, how many people are leaving after all this (n are conveniently still here to answer my question).
I personally see myself staying for a while... just cause...
Im not a bungie fanboy or anything, i just like the game and am easily entertained (hell i had over 150 hours on dragons dogma...)
So yeah, anyways, pick whether youre staying or leaving and post why.
To specify, i mean leaving destiny lol
I really dont think theyre cancelling anything in the patch guys, if thats the primary reason for leaving and you plan on waiting and seeing... just expect to be disappointed
Edit: for those of you who just wanna know the results, as of a few hours after posting, 23% of people who voted say they are done with the game.
-
How about the Q Phase? For people that are in questioning?
-
I don't understand why anyone would be on the forums if they were leaving.
-
Come on the taken king is gonna be fuking great. Ive never done a raid at launch and it's one of gaming greatest treasures. I'm star wars episode 7 excited.
-
Lol, I bet at least 50% of the 25% that say they're leaving will be back in Sept.
-
Idiots are leaving
-
Listen.... I'm a farmer.... So let me just put it this way... We are culling out the scrub cattle... Thinning the herd..... Separating the wheat from the chaff.... The game and community is getting better, those people who are quitting, are only playing for the power of weapons and satisfying their own egos.....we should play the game for the people we play them with and the relationships we get from it.... Not for some silly exclusive weapons.... I'm pretty pleased with the nerfs.. Not only to the weapons but to the bad sportsmen out there
-
Everyone who leaves is just flat out stubborn and don't know what makes a game good.
Its ok if a weapon rules and dictates a game as long as I have it
-
Far Cry 4 Bby
-
I'll just do a few bounties a day, do the nightfall, and other stuff that I might need to do like crucible but after that imma focus on another game cuz I've been too focused on destiny
-
Who's leaving? 2% of the ppl who SAY they are leaving. Lolz
-
Leaving but for a different reason: gonna wait a year to pick up TTK, the next two subsequent DLCs and whatever the next massive expansion is for $60.
-
I'm gonna play TTK but if it is lack luster or if the nerfs really start to get to me I'm gonna stop. I'm full on dropping this game when fallout 4 comes out anyways
-
Me. Not because I am mad at the nerfs or anything, but because there is no one left to save. Everyone in the last city drowned due to excessive guardian tears flowing from the tower above.

Edited by Armaggedon4Life: 7/18/2015 1:35:24 AMIts actually encouraged me to come back. Lets be honest pvp was getting stale and boring and pve always had the gyally leaving players out of the action. A breathe of new changes to weapons will hopefully shake things up and I think for the better.
-
Coming back, I love these new changes.
-
Came in here to look around and now *Puts on sunglasses* I'm leaving
YEEEAAAAHH DX<
Leaving -blam!- this game
-
Im off fcuk this GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!FCKU FCKU FCKU
-
Why would I leave? It's a great game.

A weapon re-balance has been long coming. People have wanted this for a long time, practically since launch. So bungie obliged. I stuck around for the autorifle nerf, the rise of the Thornians, the loss of the loot cave and the struggle to find a replacement. I've been here since the Shrek was the scariest thing on the cosmodrome. I'm not leaving just because everyone is mad that they're getting what they asked for (literally). Yes I'm sad about gjally, who isn't. But that isn't something you throw a fit over. If it doesn't work out, and it ends up creating more problems than fixes, you know bungie will try to fix it. Tl;Dr, I'm not leaving just because a bunch of nitpicking whiney babies are mad that they're getting more than they asked for. I've been here for too long, through thick and thin and love this game despite it's flaws.

I've played around two hours in the last week. For me, it's obvious that our current legendary weapons will have no upgrade path. And if they make all the grinding I have done since October/November irrelevant.. Well I don't see why I should pay money for it. I know, change is good and what not. But I just think it's a horrible, horrible move. If I'm wrong, and they don't become irrelevant I will buy TTK and come back. But until it's release, I can't see myself playing much at all.
-
I'm staying, but just doing nightfalls from now on, maybe a strike or two but that's it, half the weapons are turning into crap so what's the point of grinding for more. I'll wait until TTK to clear out the vault to make space for the new weapons, after all it's what Bungie intends for us, never keep your old weapons or we will nerf then to hell.

Edited by Indeprived: 7/18/2015 12:53:21 AMI'm not leaving but not going to play as much
BO3 Zombies Bishes
I probably won't leave right away but I am going to curtail my gaming on Destiny.
