Taking out a servitor boss without losing a shot of ammo? Taking out a walker without ever reloading? Taking out a hydra boss without ever losing a round? This is broken. Infinite ammo should not be a thing. Ice breaker and invective at least have cool downs. This perk put black hammer at a higher dps than gally. Don't be stupid.
