Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

So black hammer is equivalent to what sniper rifle now . If it's the same as others why did I bother upgrading it with etheric light. Same thing with the shotguns . Why do we spend time looking for certain rolls to only have them changed because others weren't in agreement with them.
