Bc people only use it on slow moving easy crit spots on bosses. People bitch bc the game is soooo easy now. They're making it tougher. A solar night fall with VoC, Black Hammer, Gally takes like 7 minutes and nightfalls aren't supposed to be like that so they're making the game more interesting. That being said I don't like the nerf bc I'll never use black hammer again I'd rather use a higher impact larger mag size sniper than one that just instant reloads.
