yes, that's why it's great! Even with the stun locks, it still takes enough time/bullets to kill, and occasionally, u have to move/dodge fire. I believe I have fired at least 21 straight shots a few times. This is GREAT!! And, I still have ammo!! This may not have been what they intended the perk to be, but it has become a fun perk, imo, and doesn't take away enough from the challenge of the game. And, to the people talking about "we should want to use the new weapons", then Bungie needs to make better "new weapons". All of the "her" weapons are garbage so far, and the perks are garbage as well. The only weapon that has a chance is the auto rifle. That has the highest impact I've seen in an auto rifle in awhile. And, fatebringer? Is there going to be a better weapon than that? I don't think so. So, leave Black Hammer the way it is. Allow us to have unlimited ammo if we hit precision shots. Let us stun lock bosses. I understand this makes this the "boss sniper", but that's ok/great!! I use all other snipers in different scenarios. The black hammer is for bosses. I like that "variability". Different weapons for different situations. In fact, for the most part, I ONLY use Hammer on bosses. lol. I thought that's what it was built for?
