Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

I doubt they wanted the perk to have a infinite ammo ability. I think it was always supposed to work the way they are changing it to. They probably just weren't able to throw it in with a hot fix, and no matter when they did it people would still complain about it.
