Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Example - Walker in Sepiks Prime strike... So you cannot stand on that building, where the walker cannot hit you, while popping it with precision shot after precision shot without any fear of dying. Even still you're gonna have 18-24 shots on it with Black Hammer without reloading anyway.
