I swear, people are only complaining because these nerfs have taken, perhaps, too long to be implemented, and we've all adapted to our favourite set-ups long ago. It's just cognitive dissonance. In reality, these nerfs are based on facts and sound reasoning (with exception to, maybe, fusion rifles). Gjallarhorn needs nerfed. Blackhammer needs nerfed, as it shouldn't be stronger than an exotic. Icebreaker encourages a really lazy play style, for pve or pvp, so it's nerf is understandable. Everything else is being nerfed and buffed in different ways to make them more effective in their intended role. This is a good thing. Adapt and overcome, guardians.
