I say increase damage of ice breaker but keep the nerf, and decrease the damage of black hammer but keep white nail as is.

This would work. Or give ice breaker final round (now that it's fixed) instead of mulligan since mulligan is trash, and then reduce Black Hammer impact and leave white nail alone.
