Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

1 ReplyBlack Hammer is a great weapon, and situationally is a a top 3 pve choice but it wasn't broken to a point that it needed such a severe nerf. With fast reload built into the perk tree, white nail essentially provides no significant advantage after the nerf. All your left with is a high impact rifle... I'd rather pull out one of my old field scout rifles with 24 bullets....
