Black Hammer is a great weapon, and situationally is a a top 3 pve choice but it wasn't broken to a point that it needed such a severe nerf. With fast reload built into the perk tree, white nail essentially provides no significant advantage after the nerf. All your left with is a high impact rifle... I'd rather pull out one of my old field scout rifles with 24 bullets....

Edited by veryvestigious: 7/17/2015 9:25:01 PMYeah, making all bosses immune to stunlock could have added an extra measure of skill required to land the triple precision shots. Just a thought though, i mean its a boss so it makes sense that you wouldnt be able to make him flinch.
