Dragons breath does more damage than current ghally if the enemy stays in the solar flare lol

If dragons breath slowed the enemy like a Web mine while it was in the flare, people would use it all the time. Instead everything, including wallets will move away, making it worthless.

They treated the solar flares like warlocks grenades.. Imagine doing Atheon with all Dragons breath.. He would literally leave the vault of glass haha
