You are correct as stated. My meaning is what the weapon was perceived to do: return your spend rounds as a reward for precision. Reloading consumes. That was my only point in its defense. BTW, intelligent and clean exchange is why I reply at all on these forums. The instant folk take offense, I apologize and back off. It is not cowardice, just I don't have time to argue.
