Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

As much as I hate to say it, something had to be done. It outclassed the exotic snipers and was tier below them. They had 2 realistic options, make it exotic so it takes the exotic slot, or tweak the perks.
