The VoC isn't better. Full Auto is a relatively useless perk for a scout rifle and while Zen Movement is nice, it doesn't beat out the Firefly and Outlaw combo.
By the way referring to someone as "kiddo" doesn't help your argument, it just makes you look like a condescending jack ass.
