Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

It's really really not a bad Nerf.. The only scenario it hurts you really is of you previously were hitting more than 18 precision shots consecutively without seeing any green boxes laying around.. Maybe the only time that regularly happens is against Atheon? Valus T'auric maybe? And I am pretty sure people could successfully do those no problem before black hammer.. And the black hammer will STILL be the highest dps sniper in those encounters.. So.. Yeah.. Not really a huge nerf
