Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

They could at least have it function like word of crota and return one round to the mag. It used to bother me when I'd miss a precision hit, now it doesn't even matter.
