Your reply misstated the facts. White Nail returns the ammo if you hit 3 precision shots in a row within a specific time. It rewarded precision by not consuming ammo. That is not infinite ammo. Missed shots depleted ammo like any other weapon. The replenishment of spent ammunition is not infinite ammo, but a reward for precision. The White Nail perc has been changed such that the weapon now consumes your reserve ammunition instead of rewarding precision by not doing so. That is a significant and fundamental change in the basic performance bonus of the weapon and changed the weapon into something entirely different. Whatever the purpose of this reconfiguring of the fundamental properties of the weapon, it clearly shows that Bungie will stop at nothing to alter the utilization of weapons. Precision damage DO NOT return ammo to your magazine, instead reload from inventory supply. That is not what the White Nail perc stated. That drastic change should have been accompanied by a change in the name of the perc or a rename of the weapon. It will no longer be the Black Hammer once that change goes into effect.

It says refill, not return. There's no indication that it is supposed to give you ammo. And refilling out of your reserve ammo, is refilling your magazine. Sounds like that's how the person supposed to work. I'm not trying to start shit, I just read it differently and have a difference of opinion on how it is supposed to work.

I respect your opinion. I am merely stating that the perc does not make that claim. It stated precision damage bonus, then the spent rounds return to the magazine. It was perceived that the spent rounds were simply returned, as stated. Now it will be that they are resupplied from stock instead of returned from spent. I am no attorney, but returned is significantly different from resupplied in this context. You have a right to your opinion and I would never take offense to that opinion even if we disagreed. I am only correcting what I perceived to be as a discrepancy in your representation of the White Nail perc. If I caused you offense, I apologize...

Thanks for being respectful about this, breath of fresh air lol. Word for word the the White Nail perk states "Rapidly landing three precision shots will [i]refill[/i] the magazine." As you know refill is not the same as return. I think the perk is suppose to provide the benefit of no reloading, not returning your perscision shots to the mag. And no offense was caused, it's nice having an intelligent conversation on these forums.
