It's still going to be a solid rocket launcher, just not a crutch. You HAVE to admit it's a tad over powered, it's particularly evident as it became requirement for joining many teams for end game content. Don't be dumb, think about how it'll give you opportunities for different weapons and their uses.

They've been working on this update for months and have already stated these updates all depend on eachother. They're not gonna change the update no matter what you do, its already set in stone. The only thing they could do is not roll out any changes at all.
