Not really, because of the nerf players will be able ot deal roughly the same with a good HoC shot. Stop acting like the nerf has happened already.

It depends how much it gets nerfed...for example, let's say 3 players are fighting Skolas and 2 of them have a Gally that does 100 damage and the other has a HoC that does 50. If we add it up 100+100+50=250. Now with the nerf, let's say Gally drops 30%. Now 70+70+50=190. Less damage now and the nerfed Gallys won't be able to compensate for the HoC's lack of damage. This might create some backlash and force Gally players to require others to have one to make up for the nerfed damage.....

Firstly I doubt that the nurse will be that severe. Secondly is not fair to low class other rocket launchers that low just because of the wolf packrounds. They all do the same base damage and then perks. On your scale, HoC at least puts out 90. Base plus clusters. Ghorn will probably drop to 95. Keeping it ahead but low enough so others get a chance.

Like I said, it'll depend how much it gets nerfed by. I have both rocket launchers and the HoC doesn't even come close to the damage the G-Horn does. The clusters don't even do damage most of the time

I can understand that but I still doubt that it will be nerfed very hard. Sorry for the drop in quality, I'm using my phone's voice to text. This one came out a lot better.
