That would be right if they were "giant hitboxes" out there but the only giant hitbox i recall is Sepiks.giant servitors and spider tanks..Precision hits on Atheon,Skolas,Omnigul,Phogoth,Nexus,every other PoE boss,deathsinger,Archon slayer etc actual require some amount of skill depending on the occasion.. Some less some more.. And this should be rewarded by a raid weapon.. Now BH is somehow no different than a "faster reload when mag is empty" sniper out there..
