Not yet, but there are 3 man bullet sponges and one boss on the moon that some people whiff on if they don't have a rocket with tracking.

Really I think it was Crota's glitchy shields that caused this whole LFG gally fiasco to begin with. I'm sure the nerf will only add a few extra moments to the 3 man encounters. Not too worried about it.

Nah, I saw if first hand, and many times, swordbearers will ask everyone to aim for his feet. It won't affect experienced players, but it will add frustration to less experienced players and those without the Horn. Between this, Ice Breaker (annoying nerf), and Black Hammer (this is really going to take the zest out of it) I don't know what's worse.
