Do you believe I asked you "which should I choose to say?" Does my enjoyment have anything to do with the fact that we are still continuing this game even though we have both lost?

Don't statements have an implied question without having the actual question? Do those sentences remain a statement, or become a new hybrid with implied meaning? Don't you think I value others' enjoyment in this forum, since I enjoy watching others enjoy themselves so much?
