This made me laugh. What the -blam!- is Bungie thinking? Go ahead and change the performance of handcannons, scout rifles, auto rifles, etc., but why mess with Ice Breaker, the Black Hammer, or the Gjallarhorn?!? It's like Bungie wants their game to die.
