Am I the only one that thinks reevaluating the weapon would bring balance to the gun? As far as I'm concerned the Weapon was on a level that surpassed alot of exotics. I doubt this was the intended value......Hell with this nerf the BH will still be greater than the IB, even more so that they nerf the IB as well. The Black in my opinion sat right next to the Ghorn and was far too predictable in its over reliability. Infact the BH could almost appear to have infinite ammo in the mag making it far too OP in PvE against bosses....hell it almost felt like a cheese weapon. In a sense dumbing down this weapon will bring it back to what it was intended to be.....a legendary. The weapon will still be as great....it only means you don't have infinite rounds rewarded to you for good precision. Hell they even put in 3 more rounds in the reserves. Do you really think they did such a bad job?
