I understand why black hammer got nerfed. It sucks but I do, it's on the same level as Ghorn on he right hands. It also outclassed ice breaker. But in justification WHY increase the timer for bullet regen on Icebreaker. I'll still go black hammer over icebreaker any day.

I barely use my icebreaker at all anymore and I loved that gun, when it dropped it changed the gameplay drastically since it's useful for so many situations. But unfortunately I don't lose all my special when I die with other snipers and I can always pop one of my hundreds of synths when I run out since that's all I ever got from chests. The hammer nerf is just rubbing salt in the wound, essentially the White nail is now a no need to descope perk

This! People also seem to miss that ammo capacity has been increased. With extra ammo from special or sniper ammo perks on armour it's still more than enough - assuming you have the ammo to begin with admittedly. Once your done pick up ammo from what you killed or pop a synth.

I'm ok with the Black Hammer nerf, I'll still run it as my main sniper.
