It's more of the uniqueness that I miss. I'll admit I'm not always on point and have to pop synths and pick up ammo frequently. So it felt good when I get a string going and made me feel awesome. Most guns are so bland, I enjoy differences and now it barely has one.

I would say not reloading if your a half decent shot (I'm no sniping god or anything but it's not hard to hit precision shots with black hammer on most bosses and it's easy as pie on tanks) is still a fairly different perk for a sniper to have

Wouldn't the perk contradict itself if all you had was 3 shots left and you hit them all but nothing came back
