Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Cannot be justified instead black hammer should be embraced and have a lvl up option to make it am exotic since white nail is a one of a kind perk
