Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

There is no reason to nerf it because green ammo dropping is so inconsistent it will be pointless to use most of the time and will no longer reward precision hits It won't even matter if you hit it miss now because you will still lose ammo
