I don't understand why people are complaining... you are acting like they have destroyed the gun! It will still be a great sniper but it won't dominate end game activities. The same goes for the ghorn, the pve weapons they have nerfed are to make end game activities more of a challenge and feel more rewarding when completed. The game is too damn easy at the minute and change was needed.
