Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Weapon balancing fails if a weapon is considered to be the penultimate of its class. Good weapon balancing demonstrates diversity among loadouts, not the same three weapons.
