I've only met one person in crucible in the last 6 months who could use a hand cannon as bungie intended. It was amazing to behold... I'd juke and dodge at fusion rifle range and be plugged in the head 3 shots. 99.9% of people miss 2/3 of the time with HC's, but this one guy landed all 3 headshots on me while sliding and weaving right in his face.

"99.9% of HC users miss 2/3 of their shots..." That's exactly my point. Even in its perfect range MOST players aren't nearly as good with it as others claim them to be. But ARs... Just be in range and pull the trigger and aiming is simply a happy byproduct.
