What jump scare I forgot. And did u get all the achievements/trophys. I can't get the one with the remote hacking device

The one where you grapple up to this corridor, after freeing the police officer from the Kraken thing, and then that... Whatever it is... Pops out at you. And I really don't know, my achievements haven't been dropping for months now. I've got 200% in the main game, finished the additional story packs, and it says I'm on 0G....
