Petition to Appeal Black Hammer/Ice Breaker Nerf
Sign here to make (or at least have a chance) to appeal the nerf!
Edit: This is a copy of a post from Mudkip Knight. Read it because it's true.

Performance bonus perk takes rounds from your magazine and adds them to your reserves.
Shoot to loot takes that much ammo from your reserves and adds it to your magazine.
Mulligan perk takes from your reserves if it ever procs.

Super Good Advice perk should take from your reserves.
Surely I'm forgetting something but man let me tell you if your ammo accounting is pulling ammo from nowhere it should be taken from your reserves.
Sound stupid? Good. It's supposed to. Lower the impact of black hammer. Make it so it can't stun lock bosses. Keep the perk that makes it useful. Stop making lame bullet sponge giants in circle rooms where long range pot shots can take them down.[/quote]

1 ReplySigned. Happy about gjally nerf! Maybe I won't get kicked anymore but these guns are balenced. Any more and they fade away into the "useless exotic" category. Last thing we need is ice breaker ending up like no land beyond.

1 ReplyBump... Black Hammer is just another sniper now... Ice Breaker is also now useless in practically every situation. There was never any "intensity" with the weapon, it was more just being patient while you wait for it to load... A much better idea if they increased the time would be to at least speed up the recharge by collecting special ammo drops. Might as well just give it a clip and finish the job I don't see any reason why guns need to be made LESS effective in PvE. You know who never complains about weapons needing to be Nerfed? Freaking PvE players!! Because we don't need our weapons to be less effective against all your BS horde mode bullet sponge enemies. Stop nerfing and making artificial difficulties and present us with INTERESTING challenges!
