Petition to Appeal Black Hammer/Ice Breaker Nerf
Sign here to make (or at least have a chance) to appeal the nerf!
Edit: This is a copy of a post from Mudkip Knight. Read it because it's true.

String of Curses perk should take from your reserves.
Replenish perk should take from your reserves.
Clown cartridge perk should take from your reserves.
Triple tap perk should take from your reserves.
Secret round perk should take from your reserves.
Performance bonus perk takes rounds from your magazine and adds them to your reserves.
Shoot to loot takes that much ammo from your reserves and adds it to your magazine.
Mulligan perk takes from your reserves if it ever procs.
Invective's charge time should be tripled.
Super Good Advice perk should take from your reserves.
Surely I'm forgetting something but man let me tell you if your ammo accounting is pulling ammo from nowhere it should be taken from your reserves.
Sound stupid? Good. It's supposed to. Lower the impact of black hammer. Make it so it can't stun lock bosses. Keep the perk that makes it useful. Stop making lame bullet sponge giants in circle rooms where long range pot shots can take them down.[/quote]

Adding time to ammo regeneration on the ice breaker is ridiculous. I already felt like it took for ever to have a full mag in intense fights, now it's gonna be a longer wait time till all 6 shots regen. That's clearly bungies way of increasing time that it takes to finish levels, raids, missions....ect. really feels like a cheap nerf for something that didn't feel overly powerful in the first place. If anything it was a handy sniper to use during long battles. Now not so much. Battles with this weapon will be more drawn out while waiting on ammo regen, like Deej said might as well go make a sandwich while you wait. Thnx for the "fix" bungie.

This is stupid Black Hammer dont need nerf. White nail its the perk of the weapon if they make a nerf the weapon dont need the white nail Its a sniper normal to every sniper. Its only used on the bosses its not OP sniper need presision shoots
