It was used WAYYYYY too often in endgame content. Used so much to the point that one was punished for not having it. Now, everybody runs out of ammo as normal (unless you have Ice Breaker). I have it. Im not mad.

Really I rarely see it besides the devils lair strike,any devil walker(public events),and the tank on the valus strike.

Same here. Not easy to use on Nexus or Atheon due to splash damage and screen shake. Even old Val is hard to pluck at due to bullets and missiles. And the White Nail perk was handy in ammo dry zones. As far as breaker goes, what makes it stand out was juggler zones. Both have solar. Breaker had firefly. Both have one sight. Both kick. Both have their uses. And honestly I use breaker more than hammer.
