As a french canadian i usually get disliked by english canadian an american -_- guess am on the wrong boat ^^

I have friends from Quebec (who are AWESOME people), however you guys are known to be total ass hats. I'm Acadian from New Brunswick (bi-lingual). My french is as strong as the one spoken in Quebec. The only difference of the two are the slangs used. What's unfortunate, is that I've been told to speak in "Quebec" as if it's a fûcking language on it's own

I know we've had a bad reputation due to a lot of cocky headed ones :/ sadly there is a LOT of them line that... But mostly we are good people with a bit difficult to understand french variation ^^

Le francais sera toujours different dépendamment de la région. Par contre, la base sera toujours pareille.

C'est comme ca partout, malheureusement. Il y aura toujours des extremes qui se retrouvent au niveau des populations!

its not just you, you just pulled the short straw where you were born. while canadians arent looked at to badly by most people (I mean yall are just these cute backward people with mounties and teddy bears) the french are disliked by pretty much everyone.

personally I dislike french canadians for the same reason I dislike african americans. they feel the need to separate themselves from the rest of the people in their country.
