Silent Fang Bounty
The Queen's Minor Wanted Bounty -- The Silent Fang is taking 3 trips to earth to complete. Only one of them manifests per trip to earth, and does not respawn. So, you have to kill one then go to orbit, return and kill the 2nd, go to orbit, and then come back and kill the 3rd. Seems a lot of travel for a minor bounty.
Is this the way it is supposed to be?!?

Are you going to patrol cosmodrome by the grotos where the seraphine vault looking door is located( location of a dead ghost also) or are you doing the mission with the silent fang because if you do the patrol version it should give you the bounty no problem in one trip.

I'm unsure if this is the way it is supposed to be, but either way, this is happening to every player. If this is not purposeful, I'm certain Bungie is aware of the issue by now.
