Call of Duty
The game where you could hold the trigger down when holding a Javelin and become a suicide bomber
The game where you could randomly enter a lobby that had infinite ammunition or super speed or any number of hacks
The game where you could dual wield two 1887s and out snipe an intervention
The game where you can get enough damage to die, fall into a mode called last stand, and headshot enemies with pinpoint accuracy with one hand while lying on your back from across the map
The game where you could knife a mirror in a barbershop and die instantly
The game where the top spots on the leader board were comprised with maybe one legit player and over 200,000 or more hackers or prestige lobby users
The game where it took at least 3 games to find out they needed to support their game with updates regularly through release because of glitches and exploits in their game (do you remember how long it took to fix the fuel rock glitch?)
The game that started (or at least made publicly known) the concept of boosting via tactical insertion for killstreaks and nukes
The game that started quickscoping and the ability to outgun an assault rifle or submachine gun at close range while they were firing at you
The game that rewards players more than any game ever for sitting in a corner and watching a doorway for people to run into
The game that let you drop a grenade from your body when you died
The game that introduced weapon variants to give an unfair advantage to people who just had better luck than you (because the original guns are just boring
One Man Army. Grenades, Claymores and Rockets oh my!
I could go on and on lol. I'm sure this is probably a troll post but we need to remember the good ol' days.
If I forgot anything add to this!
