Because he and his Republikunt Congress passed the worst trade agreements in this history of this nation: NAFTA, CAFTA, PNTR w/China and our country is still suffering economically to this very day because of it. Not to mention Obama and the Republikunt Congress are literally trying to do a repeat of that today with the TPP.
