You must be stupid allow me to correct that injustice, race refers to color hence the term racist means to discriminate against a person of a different color than you, it does not mean place of birth/ heritage or any other such asinine inferences people with your intellect make. What you are referring to is nationality, people who discriminate against people from different countries are called nationalists.
