The the other two years were democrat controlled, and it's clear the congress is obsolete by using his almost dictator like "ability" to stop millions of illegals from being deported. All of this without congresses consent. It's evident that congress is no matter to Obama. Plus all of the crap he wants to pass will just put us in more debt, like obamacare. It shouldn't be the government's responsibility to baby the drug addicts and illegals.
