Changing Display Name?

I remember there used to be an option to do so but now I can't seem to find it anywhere... Just wanted to know if it's a feature Bungie removed or a glitch with the app. Thanks.

Go to the menu on the side, go to settings, go to about me, and then you can change display name there. (On iOS)
