Good and bad. I can see why this was a comic con release. I've never been a big fan of comics so I'm not familiar with the back story, and this trailer does very little to explain to me what is going on, who the main people are, what the stakes are or why I should care. On the plus side, Jared Leto seems suitably creepy if not as malevolent as Ledger's Joker, and the woman playing Harley Quinn seems a very... Versatile actress.
