Titans have been getting a lot of hate recently, from being the worst class in trials, to getting our super called fist of panic, to not even having the best jump, and even being called fat and stupid. Idk what is up with all this hate
Edit: just a little tidbit of info only 12 of the top 100 players are titans
-
FoH is the main reason
-
I'm seeing a lot of people complain about how the FoH is the ultimate super shut down. Well... considering a titan has to close the gap and actually BE the super, placing themselves in immediate danger before initiating it and after the super is used up, they deserve the armor buff. Food for thought: a warlock with the the ram has more armor than a titan; a class specifically built for the purpose of tanking. Why is this not an issue?

Tiatan=pvp master race
-
I call fist of havoc fist of panic not because I use it when I panic but because every1 eles panics when I use it
-
I main a Titan but we deserve to have a super called fist of panic because that's what most Titans do

-blam!- the haters #Titanmain4life

I used to main a titan. But after I made my hunter I noticed how much better I do in pvp with her opposed to playing with my titans. My play styles the exact same as with my titan. But the hunters super and melee have something us T-rex titans dont.. range. People call it fist of panic. . Honestly? Every super can be panicked and used. A smart player holds the super for a gaggle or group. Theoretically the smash and nova bomb are almost the exact same type of special.. other than the fact, that again the warlock super has range. Do you know how irritating it is to get on hit force pushed by a magician? But the titan melee doesn? Shoulder charge? You have to be sprinting for it to initiate. It doest just "happen". And even then you have to find someone before you lose the chance to actually strike. Personally I use s.charge as a means of travel. Everyone has something to botch about in the game. A game where you can easily make one of each class and find out for yourself how the classes play. Do somethings on the characters need to be changed? Absolutely. But to hate on a titan for "fist if panic" and killing only you? Honestly would you have rather him waste it on lil old you? Or on a group of your teammate? Please tell me because I love getting the cry havoc and merciless all in one super.

Cause we lift
-
Because we lift, we HULK SMASH and we're also getting THOR'S HAMMER soon... #weareawesome
-
Because we have 1 non competitive perk that annoys people when it actually connects after they get done blinking all over the map(shoulder charge).

Bc they're booboo

I'm pretty not many Titans made it to the lighthouse , and I guarantee you most hunters did , there you go
-
Well I main a titan. And last I heard we had the best jump. And the reason for fist of panic is because there are lots of titans who use it just because its there and they see an easy kill... But guess what warlocks do the same. I can't count how many times a lock has singled me out with his super. More than a titan actually. And hunters.. Well your jump just plain sucks in pve. But for PvP the hunter jump is perfect for my style. Warlocks... Good jumps... Just hard to master if you don't use one often.

Cause the hate on hunters finally burned out. Lol, I actually just defended titan's in another thread earlier tonight, a properly timed smash is killer in Trials, it can turn a last man standing on your team into a last man standing period. I play all three chars, but yes, there is good reason its called fist of panic, I'd have to say of all the supers it is the one that get's single kills the most, so many people see you and twitch use it, you could be completely unaware of them standing alone, doing nothing and they have a shotgun full of ammo, and they'll still use the smash cause omg, its a person near me and I have my smash.
-
Its a fist of panic bro, you have to admit it
i love all 3 classes, its just personal experience
-
They're probably warlocks. Oh you wanna 1v1 me? I'm a sunbro! Let me equip self Rez, the ram, and two fusion grenades before we start the fight

My fav character. Nothing like beating down someone with my badass chic. Quick story. I played NF with a cool guy yesterday as my hunter. He was a hunter as well. I told him up front I suck as a hunter, and it was my least fav character and hardest to play with. He replied yea because you don't have self Rez or a bubble. I told him, no it because of how weak they are. I hate having to stealth around or stay back. I enjoy being in the thick of things. Needless to say I died trying to be in the middle of the action. It took me a while to stay back and I hated every minute of it. Also top 9% in flags capped, top 9% in offensive kills. Top 3% in orbs dropped during a game. I couldn't do that with any other class.

Edited by InfernalDemise: 7/14/2015 10:19:25 AMBecause 90% play the easier pvp classes, but when we kill them it drives them crazy. "How dare an inferior class be able to kill me! I should win every confrontation!" Then they utilize doublethink and run to the forums saying titans are so unfair, op, and for noobs when they either don't have a titan, barely played one, or do terribly as one. It's funny because you typically don't see titans cry over classes.
-
I love my titan. However it's second to my warlock. It's not all easy peasy with the titan. It takes some skill. And the reason you still have your super ready to use is because you were killed before you could pop it off. It also happens with my hunter... If people just want to bitch about the titan, then start being one. If you can't beat em join em....
-
Screw what anyone has to say about your titan or any titan. The armor is too high? no shit, we are built to be tanks, be in the middle of the fight. The offensive Fist of Havic for clearing a path for other guardians, and the bubble to defend. as far as supers go, our is not as op as some, self res? golden gun? bladedancer? Nova bomb? All equally op as the next, so -blam!- off. Next time someone complains go do a mission that normal requires a bubble and see if it changes your thoughts. I have a 34 titan and Warlock, working on a hunter. Had two 34 titans, but i wanted something new. And worse class in the trials? who ever says that must not have a titan or play with one your team. I have been 9-0 with two titans and a hunter and 9-0 with a titan, warlock, & a hunter. #TitansStandTogether

I think I may have a way to deal with my Titan woes... I have a Defender with great defensive and support perks but poor offensive power, and a Striker with a great Heavy Weapons loadout, but he rarely uses his abilities. Currently my third character (a Bladedancer) is more versatile and more effective than either. But I think if I were to transfer the artillery from my Striker to my Defender, I would have a character with brutal offensive abilities, but strong defensive and support skills as well. Only downside is that this would leave my Striker kind of out in the cold, since most of his usefulness lies in his arsenal. *Sigh* Go ahead and say it, you KNOW you want to.
-
I hate when I fire my golden gun or rockets and a titan FoP. Surviving my shot/rockets and killing me brutally. The armor needs to be brought down on titans when they fist of havoc. And if the activate their super and they die in the process, they should lose the super. I know this from personal experience. I would die before I hit the ground, respawn and would still have my super ready because I didn't slam the ground. FoP can effectively shut down half the supers in the game.
-
Idk but titans can kill a warlock when he uses radiance and a hunter when they use blade dancer and golden gun.
-
Hard to use. I have a Titan and I strictly go defender and have a good time.
