I prefer ambush. I have an LDR with both short gaze and ambush, and am more comfortable with the ambush. Faster handling, less pull on targets. For trials, I switched to shortgaze with snapshot, and did well with it. But with multiple targets, I prefer ambush. All of my spears have ambush, and my ldr/Longbow have ambush and shortgaze. What shortgaze helps with its quick scoping. Pull up the sight, and hope that the aim assist does the rest.
