What's so good about Hopscotch? I have one but I don't really see why it's so good

It's base stats are butta and the fact it can be re-rolled can make it even more powerful it can be just as good or possible even better then the Messenger

Hi, so I have been trying out the hopscotch a bit and I must say it's a damn good weapon. I have one with decent rolls on it but have two more to try and get a better roll on. How is the hunt going for you?
