Why do we only see the stranger in the main story? Seriously, did Bungie just put her in as a filler character?

This game is slowly evolving over a long period. Lot of lose holes will be tied up as more expansions come out. Remover Halo did have a lot of plot holes also that some didn't make sense until the later games. This game has a good foundation for a great story. They just seemed to have rushed the first part of it or wanted to stretch it out really far.

She's catching all the money we throw at the screen.

More like "when is she"

She died with the rest of Destiny's story.

-
She'll return for a brief cutscene in Destiny 3 Then vanish forever
-
Being told she needs to pay $40 to be put back in the story. They put some dude named Oryx in your scenes.
-
She was originally apart of the exo story arc. So who knows maybe if they do race specific quests sometime down the road. Then maybe

Ask praedyth.
-
I heard she asked for a Thorn nerf, and also complained that her rifle should have had arc damage, so they gave her the old DCM.
-
She probably moved on to another game and was too busy because she didn't have the time to explain the time she doesn't have to explain.
-
After she gave you her gun she was gunned down at the local cantina
-
It's the Queen.
-
Screwing your future self.

She is supposed to be a mystery. Only some guardians have actually encountered here. The rest believe it's a ghost of an ancient exo. Some think we just been exposed to vex technology too long. From my observation, she uses vex technology. U can tell because she teleports the same way they do. I think she is fighting a long forggotten war
-
She was definitely...strange...
-
I don't have time to explain why I don't have time to explain
