Let's apply this to normal life v2 (I've done this before)
This isn't a retarded rant, like all the other shit on this subforum but instead a valid argument so shut up if you're one of those retarded (male genitals).
The amazing musicianship in classical music sets an ever improving bar for the music world. Though difficult to replicate and often leading to failure (Bach, Beethoven etc) they provide realistic, almost simulation like immersion. Even in the worst of the there peaces, Figaro (still a brilliant arrangement) I never felt like there was something fundamentally wrong or that there was a way to over listen. In The Metal genre it's just everybody exploiting drum triggers like Job for a cowboy and slipknot. It's frustrating and too dam loud.
Instrument balance in All of Bach songs are renowned for there excellency and the trumpet players acknowledging critiscism very well. (They sucked) Admittedly the precision section is never perfect upon launch (true for most live arrangements). German composers have been very open with sharing new non major scales and have done a very good job so far. With the next century I believe that there will be now no useless trumpet players in any orchestra today (they were all fired). A considerable feat. In Metal music if you're not using a Flying V Gibson and 20 pedals you're doing it wrong. Everything else is obsolete. A strata castor? ... Pff -blam!- off
Ticket sales in classical music are at an all time low in comparison to any Metal festival with its awful screaming singers and sweaty long hairs fan boys I can't see the appeal. I almost never get piss thrown over my head while watching (in the old rain) part 3 by the bbc orchestra but if you see some group of angst teenagers in the local pub you can piss on my head o clock
The common stereotype of small children playing Classic music is now also a complete fallacy consdiering many of the 8 year old squeakers now play Metal are elitis cool kids taking away future prodigies from the cello
Classic music also has a brilliant and engaging story's unlike Any metal shit. And it doesn't overprice it's season tickets (which is entirely optional and not mandatory like Metal festivals). And All classical mussic doesn't make me want to throw money at the first B C Rich or signature double pedal. And James Herfield is a pegboy.
